Canada has world class distilleries, world class bartenders, and world class drinkers, yet our roster of true Canadian cocktail classics is surprisingly small. Beyond the Caesar and maybe the Shaft, we have not claimed many signature serves that feel unmistakably ours.

The Great Canadian Cocktail Challenge in partnership with Eau Claire Distillery is here to change that. We are calling on bartenders and flavour creators across the country to craft the next iconic Canadian cocktail, one that reflects our ingredients, our creativity, and our sense of place.
