The evening will begin with a specialized introduction to the world of Niagara Whisky, exploring its unique terroir and defining characteristics, led by renowned Whisky Consultant, Ajay Bhardwaj. Attendees will also have the chance to interact with the college's Artisan Distilling Students, who are assisting with and hosting the evening.
