This Canadian Whisky edition of the Flavor Camp Taste Challenge is built for industry professionals who want to move beyond labels and into how flavour actually works. Using Flavor Camp’s proprietary tasting system, this session emphasizes blind tasting, comparative analysis, and sensory calibration, helping participants better understand why Canadian whiskies taste the way they do.
Working through the same eight whiskies side by side, the group will explore a wide range of styles, including rye-driven blends, single malts, peated expressions, and higher-proof bottlings. By removing brand cues and focusing on structure, texture, and flavour development, this masterclass offers practical tools that translate directly to buying, selling, educating, and recommending Canadian whisky with greater precision.
