Copperpenny Distilling Co. is a multi-award winning BC craft distillery producing grain to glass spirits and liqueurs since 2021 in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Their commitment to creating world-class spirits such as gin, vodka, akvavit, and a seasonally-inspired range of liqueurs is driven by our insatiable desire to explore flavours of cultures around the globe, from large urban cities to remote mountain tops.

Since opening in 2010, The Liberty Distillery on Granville Island has been offering Vancouver’s first hand-crafted, premium spirits made from 100% BC organic grain. They’re passionate about their craft; creating traditional yet unique spirits that provoke the senses, spark the imagination and seduce the most discerning palates, while reflecting the history of Vancouver and the natural beauty of British Columbia.

Mad Lab prides itself on being as hands on as possible during the whole process. From equipment design, production technique, to packaging and quality control, they want to be aware of how everything is progressing from grain to glass.

Canada’s Leading Craft Brewery and Distillery
Lohin McKinnon combines the brewing prowess of internationally renowned Brewmaster Gary Lohin, and the distilling talents of Head Distiller Stuart McKinnon. This brand is the beginning of Central City’s burgeoning single malt whisky a portfolio that will include aged and small batch limited releases using finishing casks and peat-smoked malt.

The name ‘Odd Society’ reflects their interest to use their spirits and distillery as a way to bring together a diverse collection of creative and unique people. We wanted to make a home where you could feel comfortable revealing your inner oddness. Odd Society is dedicated to combining Old World distilling traditions with New World ingredients and ingenuity to create a family of spirits including whiskey, vodka and gin.

Before the amalgamation of spirit production in Canada, small distillers produced rye grain based spirits that became famous across North America and the World. These distilleries used locally sourced ingredients to create high quality products with a distinct essence and appeal. Resurrection Spirits is reclaiming the tradition and using 100% BC Rye Grain to handcraft Rye Whisky, Gin, and Vodka.

Sons of Vancouver is a small distillery on Vancouver's North Shore. It was born out of a young, foolhardy desire to follow passions and contribute to a growing community of independent distillers. Best known for the ever-popular No. 82 amaretto, the distillery is now running a growing whisky program and is very excited to bring super flavourful rye whiskies to the Canadian market.

At Long Table they’re all about local, handcrafted, small-batch Gins & Botanical Spirits. In February 2013 Vancouver's first distillery in North False Creek opened! Their vision has always been to produce premium handcrafted gins and botanical spirits rooted in a passion for following traditional distillation practices in small batches.

The Noske Family lives in Mt. Lehman and truly enjoys the amazing history of our local community, along with the BC gold rush. It has inspired our journey. Chris grew up prospecting with his grandpa who told amazing stories and instilled a passion for this subject. Together with his wife Jen, they are raising their 3 children to explore our province and develop a love of the past, present and future of BC.

Originally from France, Sandrine, Simon and little Zoe started a micro distillery in Summerland in 2018. They designed their Still with a very unique style which allows them to extract the finest essences and produces very clean and flavourful spirits. All the products are made in small batches from local Okanagan apples and other natural ingredients.

Okanagan Spirits Craft Distillery is Western Canada’s original craft distillery, dating back to 2004. BC’s original farm-to-flask distillery now offers a selection of more than 30 internationally awarded spirits.

In the beginning, there was the apple, plucked from the branch by roguish hands. There were Adam and Eve and the serpent conspiring in the Garden of Eden, to eat from the Tree of Knowledge, to taste the most delicious and Forbidden of all fruits. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Kelowna, Forbidden Spirits produces apple-based spirits including vodka, gin and brandy.
